"Unable to load image kl1.sys" error

hello everyone,

I am receiving the following error, "Unable to load image kl1.sys" associated with my Antivirus program - Kaspersky. I need to know about this error. can anybody please suggest me how to solve this error ? any ideas..

kl1.sys is a driver file belonging to Kaspersky.

You can download Avast or Avira. Both are free and recommended antivirus programs. Start your PC in Safe mode and uninstall everything related to Kaspersky. Then install either avast or avira (either one of them, not both) and check whether that fixes your issue.

I think you need to upgrade your Anti-virus Program. Download the latest version of Kaspersky 7.0 from the kaspersky website (with your preferred language).
Note - The English version hasn't yet released. So you won't find an English version on the servers. There are only German, French and Russian versions, because Version 7 has officially released in these countries.

Try to locate kl1.sys file from your hard-drive and delete it from your machine. Your machine should probably start behaving back to normal...
