Hi,

To create a Network Connections Settings shortcut in Windows Vista, right click on desktop and click New then 'Shortcut' & copy n paste this into the box, explorer.exe ::{7007ACC7-3202-11D1-AAD2-00805FC1270E} and hit Next then type in Network Connections as the name and click Finish.
You can do easily by following the steps below : right-click Network and Sharing Center and create the shortcut. But to open it fast, type ncpa.cpl into the Start menu search box, and you will see network connection list. You can also create a shortcut by using C:\windows\system32\ncpa.cpl as the location of the shortcut.
Net Profiles is a freeware which help you configure the internet connection with a single mouse click, it eliminates the need to manually reconfigure your network settings when you move your desktop/laptop computer to another location. Once a profile is created, Net Profiles can configure your IP settings, proxy settings, mapped drives, default printer, wallpaper, and screen resolution with a click of a button; as well as run any number of user-defined applications upon activation of a profile.
