You can't update spyware & antivirus program

Hello friends,

I am really messed up due to this annoying pop up message I have started getting on my screen every time I visit some sites.
I want to know why is this happening with my internet & browser & I know its not the issue only with Internet Explorer but even with Mozilla Firefox.
I use only these 2 browsers to surf.
IS it some kind of Virus or a spyware I don't know.
It says Every time it says I cant update my spyware & antivirus program.
I am using AVG antivirus free addition & spyware blaster.

may be your hijack this report will help us better to understand your problem & guide you accordingly.
One more question for you.
Are you redirected on google search or any searches?
or You are infected?

Hey I have been facing the same problem but dont remember the solution, sorry.
But whenever I needed to update the system it says "problem connecting to the internet."
Also my spyware program was not opening from desktop or at all. My Internet connection was fine & no firewall was turned on.

Hey My friend had told me about this problem before & it was very weird for me what he did.
His computer was infected by a virus.\
He could surf the internet but was unable to update the antivirus program known as malwarebytes. So he got the lates update from another computer & then pested in the appropriate folder location on the infected computer & rebooted it In safe mode he found the trojan Virus.

I think you are also affected with the same kind of trojan. Update your av program & try to scan your system in safe mode first.
