your system has found spyware

When i surf on internet one page display on screen which say "your system has found spyware" when i click on that page it directs me to a website to download a product that will fix the errors.

Can any one know how to fix this problem ?

Delete “Your System Has Been Infected” Popup files:

Few months back i also face the same issue a black wallpaper with red type says" Windows Security has detected spyware/adware infection" then igo into the regedit and USER_ Software>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>Policies>System>---delete wallpaper.
