| How to manually check for updates ?
hello friends, I have disabled the Automatic Updates feature in my Windows computer system since it used to pop up frequently. But I need to check the latest security updates to ensure security. Is there anyway to manually check for updates ? Kindly suggest if any, thnx |

To check whether the latest updates are available, you can manually check them by choosing "Help" - "Check for updates now". |

If you have uninstalled or disabled any programs on your Windows, you must still manually check the updates for that program from time to time. Because the latest updates about the program lets you know the new features added in that program. And you might again wish to install it. |
