Spyware Protect 2009 virus or malware

Hello
I am frustrated because of an issue with my computer,i think it is infected with the Spyware Protect 2009 virus or malware program.all though i was able to make it ok but one more issue still remains ther. On the IE browser some times when i access particular sites it leads me to purchase the product.

it tired to resolve with aide of my friend but still having problems can some one give necessary suggestions..

Get Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and run the set up by double clicking

Confirm a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware,
select "Perform Quick Scan"Once the program has loaded, then click Scan.

When the scan is complete, then display Results,confirm that everything is checked, and click Remove, When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart you can see the the log files which is automatically saved by MBAM by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.

Kill the following processes from your computer

Delete the following registry values:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AvScan
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run "sysguardn"

Delete Spyware Protect 2009.lnk Uninstall Spyware Protect 2009.lnk
