Media Disconnected with ipconfig

Hello friends good morning

I need kind of help from you guys regarding connecting my computer to internet,I have been striving to access the Internet to my machine. But computer keeps saying a cable unplugged message on the bottom right hand side of my screen. I cannot access the Internet let alone my router.tried what ever i know but to no avail.
Went to Device manager but can't find any problems showing up with my NIC card. done a ipconfig got a message "media disconnected". can't find the green light blink on my NIC,now am thinking about it is a Windows problem since I am having the exact same problem with 2 NIC cards.

any help greatly received...

Well,
i mean to ask you that are you using a wired connection or what?
have you disabled ALL encryption and MAC filtering on the router ?
if not do it try to connect,chance to connect when doing this

Can you ping your router with other machine.. you can do a "ipconfig/all >C:\ipconfig.txt" command on your computer and only of the other machines. the information will be saved to c:\ipconfig.txt and you do post the result, can tell what's happening.

When i had this kind of issues all i done is power cycling cable modem Unplugged its power cord from the wall outlet else the router cord if modem power cord is connected via the router. Waited few minutes,again plugged power cord back into wall outlet and, then i got back my blink flickering..restarted the system..and now it's working pretty fine...
