Protection by Security Certificates

I want to Protect my all video files by security certificates. Now can you guide me that how can i get certificate and how can i install and other process. I also Need the Hp LaserJet 1200 Series Driver for windows ME. can you help me please.

Try the drivers for windows 98SE edition it will work for windows ME.
If that doesn't work change your Operating system. lolz...

Its for all Windows Operating systems.

the windows 98 driver is also not available on net. and my that computer can't install higher than 98 or me. IBM best computer but old onle.

I had attached the driver for HP Printer Laserjet 1200 series. Just download it form the post and run it. It supports all version earlier than windows 98 also. The driver file is splited in three parts. Download all the parts and uncompressed them altogether or one by one. But start from the first only.
