Cannot access website with domain name

I can access my sites by ip but not through domain. When i open IE and type URL of site in address bar it doesn't show anything. I have try to solve this by using different browser (opear, firefox) but same result. I also cleared all the temp files, cookies and reinstall IE but no fix. Is there any way to solve this problem?

    • Disconnect the cable that connects the computer to the modem.
    • Turn off the modem and the router.
    • If the modem or the router does not have a power switch, disconnect the power to the modem or to the router.
    • Restart the computer.
    • After your computer has restarted, turn on the modem or the router, connect the cable from the computer to the modem or the router, and restart the computer.
    • Make sure that all network cables are securely connected.
    • Start Internet Explorer.

In IE click File and you will see "Work Offline" in the drop-down window. If it is a checkmarked the deselect it.There some web sites that offer URL redirects. For instance, you can create a new URL for the blocked web sites using these redirect services.

In the internet options, in the security tab you can add the site name to the trusted sites, if it not work then check the following thread to access the web site which are blocked :
