TDDS Backdoor Malware Removal

Hello , i have a Windows Xp installed in my Dell computer, it is infected with some Tdds virus, which is being detected my Current antivirus , previously I have never had a problem with malware or viruses before.my Antivirus Has find Some temp files during the System , but it is unable to remove them , I think Virus Came Through Antivirus 2009 , please help me , Tell me How can i remove these Tdds Virus From my Computer, Thanks in advance
