How to register channel on irc

I am using mIRC and I want to make it my channel as irc, i don't know what are the commands to register the channel on irc. Can anyone tell me how to register channel on irc?

Download Mirc then use "/ns register (password) (email)" command to register your nickname to nickserv. After that join the channel by using this command "/join # put channel name also.They use this command to register your channel "/msg chanserv REGISTER (channel) (password) (description)"

To open a new mIRC Channel dispose the same command to join a Channel.If you open a new Channel with /j #channel, you automatically have Op rights, suppositional, the Channel isn't used by another mIRC user.If you leave the Channel, you will loose your Op rights. If any other user havn't had OP rights in this Channel, nobody can get them again.On some Server, it is possible to register a Chatroom/Channel for yourself. The condition is that the server supports these services and will register your Nick.

With the command:

/msg ChanServ register #Channel Password Channel_description

you can register your own mIRC Channel/Chatroom.Some networks have a #support Channel, where you should post the Operator.
