Remove trojan.win32.agent!ik

Hi every one
My computer is recently affected with Trojan, it says trojan.win32.agent!ik and iall most tried what i know to make it ok but to no avail am still struggling with that can any of you give me a suggestion...in this regard

Do remove this files shortcuts from your computer desktop,start menu,quick launch,before that you have to put on hidden file to show option

* "New Films.lnk" and pointing to "<$SYSDIR>\system.exe*"

* "New MP3.lnk" and pointing to "<$SYSDIR>\system.exe*"

also erase this file from your computer

<$SYSDIR>\virtmeddrive\Movies.lnk.
<$SYSDIR>\virtmeddrive\Music.lnk.
<$SYSDIR>\hhook.tmp.
<$SYSDIR>\config\systemprofile\Desktop\New Films.lnk.
<$SYSDIR>\config\systemprofile\Desktop\New MP3.lnk.
<$SYSDIR>\syshost.exe.
<$WINDIR>\syshost.exe.
<$WINDIR>\gdband.dll.
<$SYSDIR>\gdband.dll.
all folders named "<$SYSDIR>\virtmeddrive".

Locate the
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\in registry and delete this key {8B0974BE-F10B-4492-B8E3-ED23B950B034}
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar{8B0974BE-F10B-4492-B8E3-ED23B950B034} do this same thing

download and install it,can use to remove all trojan from your machine...
