Change ip linksys

hi ,
i want to change my linksys router ip but i need your help to do that please can some one help me change linksys router ip ?i will appreciate if some one can !

your network is going to work in the 172.16.100.X address space, so you'll need to change the whole address of the router. In order to do this, you will probably have to adjust the computer's network settings to work with the default address-this is usually best done by manually setting the computer's IP to something like 192.168.1.11. so check change router default ip ,that may be help you better

linksys ip address setting is easy.First copy your ip address on your hard disk if you want to know your ip you can see on sevral web site like WhatIsMyIPAddresss also you can see it from network connection property.If you have static ip dont go with this procedure this is only applicable for dynamic ip which is provide by ISP

1. now go to set up page of linksys router to configuring linksys router ip . In web browsers address box type http://192.168.1.1
   
   
2. window will prompt with login details so login with username blank and type admin as the password,
   
   
3. so router setup screen opens click on mack adress column option at top
   
4. you can see 6 boxes with some numbers and letters.you have to change last box from 1 digit actually you can change it from 00 to ff but keep change closer like eg 72 to 73 .after change click save settings.
   
5. go to statistic you can see ip address all "0" so click disconnect and after page load click connect you will gwt new your ip . if that not happen unplug your modems and routers for 30 seconds and try again.
