How much RAM is there in your computer ? It seems there are large-mailboxes in which the users have stored lots of items in a single folder. As a result, when the user clicks on that folder the server might require too much resources to render the view. You might set and store separate messages into multiple folders, say by date or subject, so that there aren't more than, say, 10,000 items in any one single folder. |
