Re: teamviewer no connection to master server

Try uninstalling & reinstalling the software of teamviewer. This may fix your issue. Also see if something on both the computer is blocking it.

Error message "Failed to connect to web service" : This message points to the fact that something blocks the file CrossLoopConnect.exe the access to the Internet or over very rare cases the CROSS loop server could a problem.

To occur or solving the aforesaid problems can configure you your guard software on " Allow" CrossLoopConnect.exe, WinVnc.exe and VncViewer.exe to twist and access to the Internet. Some guard software is possible groups list of programma' s to permit or block. The CrossLoop, TightVNC, remote control and VIPTunnel groups must be permitted.

Re: teamviewer no connection to master server

It can be a problem of DNS with yours provider of Internet services. Better to call to resolve. It calls your ISP sometimes and to ask if there are of alternative serveur DNS is possible configuration manually in the configuration - or to ask a local friend if you it cannot be tried sometimes to they - works not.
