Alright....so I think you want to use more than two connections. In order to use more than two connections, you need to switch to application server mode from remote administration mode. This can done via Add/Remove Programs. However, when doing this you'll need to reinstall Microsoft Office, and any other end user programs that users will run via Terminal Services.

Terminal Services allows the administrators to install, configure, manage and maintain applications on a server remotely thereby making their jobs much easier. Terminal Services has two modes of operation:
    (i) Remote Administration mode.
    (ii) Application Server mode.

Remote Administration mode permits two concurrent connections; it allows administrators to remotely manage a server by using a terminal services client. This setting minimizes impact on server performance.
Application Server mode, on the other hand, enhances server's performance by increasing terminal services and thereby monitoring multiple active connections.

So I would simply suggest you to switch to Application Server mode.

You can also monitor your active connections through a TS Gateway server.

    Follow the steps -

    1. Open TS Gateway Manager.

    2. In the console tree, click to select the node that represents your TS Gateway server, which is named for the computer on which the TS Gateway server is running.

    3. In the console tree, click Monitoring.

The TS Gateway Manager results pane displays a summary of the number of connections from remote users to computers on the internal network. Specific connections, if any, are listed below the summary.

When you click a connection, the connection details appear in the lower pane. If necessary, you can disconnect a specific connection or all TS Gateway connections for a user.

    4. To refresh the display of connection status, in the Actions pane, click Refresh.
