helper.sig folder pop-ups on bootup

Whenever i try to boot up my pc, i get a folder called "Common" with the files helper.sig and helper.dll on my desktop screen, while running msconfig.exe on my pc. Can any body tell me that how do i get rid of the above issue? Why i'm getting such error message on my pc? Kindly provide me the correct solution for the above issue.
