502 Proxy Error: Connection refused(10061)

I'm running Windows 2003 Server on my pc. The problem is that whenever any client computer tries to view any "https" website it gets an error message "502 proxy error connection refused(10061)" displayed on their desktop screen. Can any body tell me that how do i get rid of the above issue? Kindly provide me the correct solution for the above issue.

For that you need to go to your internet property-->Connection-->Lan settings-->Advanced--> Then uncheck with keeping the same proxy server for all protocols. Then remove your ip and port from the secure mode and then try to access the website (https). Hope so it may help you to resolve your issue.

Try to make sure that no port has been blocked on your firewall setting. Make sure that your connection limit should be to TCP port and your non TCP port should be set to 160.

You can try out the following steps mention.

1. Try to restart your server.
2. If you are having hardware router in front of the SBS server, then try to make sure that your TCP port 4125 is forwarded to the SBS server.
TCP port 4125 is forwarded to the SBS server.
3. Then you need to disable Pop-up Blocker on your system.

For that you need to go on the Internet Explorer on the workstation you are connecting from, then go to Tools--> Internet Options and then click on the Privacy tab, and just remove the check mark for Block pop-ups.
