Can't Disable Remote Differential Compression

I have created virtual private network for client from my office network. The connection is over VPN is too slow. I tried to change setting from control panel but it shows me an error, it won't allow me to Disable Remote Differential Compression when i click on checkbox to disable nothing happen. Does anyone know what causes this issue and how to fix it?Any help will be extremely appreciated.

Disable Remote Differential Compression
Open the Control Panel.
Open Programs and features.
Click Turn Windows features on or off.
Uncheck Remote Differential Compression.
Click OK.

Remote Desktop Connection allows a user to access applications and data on a remote computer over a network.You can access a computer running Windows from another computer running Windows that is connected to the same network or to the Internet. If you are not using this feature then remove it by typing appwiz.cpl in search box and press enter. In the Programs and features window, open Turn Windows features on or off to proceed to Windows Features page where the feature to be removed. Scroll down and uncheck the box named Remote Differential Compression and click OK.

When you tried to Disable Remote Differential Compression from control panel > windows feature, make sure that check box in front of Remote Differential Compression under print services must be enabled.
