Follow the below steps mention. 1) Click on Start menu and then choose Control Panel. 2) Then you need to double-click on the Network and Sharing icon. 3) then you need to click on the View Status link next to Local Area Connection. The Local Area Connection Status dialog box will open up on your desktop screen. 4) Then click on the Properties button, then the Properties dialog box will appear on your monitor. 5) Then highlight Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4). 6) Then you need to click the Properties button. The TCP/IPv4 Properties dialog box will open on your screen. 7) Then under the General tab, choose Obtain an IP address automatically. 8) Then you need to choose Obtain DNS server address automatically. 9) Then you need to click on OK box. It will close the Internet Protocol (TCP/IPv4) dialog box. 10) Then close the Local Area Connection Properties dialog box by clicking OK. 11) Then finally close the Local Area Connection Status dialog box by clicking on close tab. |

Try to disable the firewall on your system. It might be that the firewall may not be allowing to access your local area connection properties on your system. So try to disable the firewall on your system. |

Try to go to your Control Panel and then select Network and Sharing Center. Then from the left pane just select Manage network connections. Then try to ight-click on your Local Area Connection and then select Properties. Then you need to confirm UAC prompt on your system. Then you need to uncheck the IPv6 and Link-Layer topologies on your pc. |
