I had seen that this exe file is simply using my entire system process. The cpu usage hike more than 99 % and other things are working very slow. I am trying to find the issue here. I want some help to remove this thing but I cannot find any solution for the same.

It can be some kind of malware which is using system memory a lot causing more pressure on the system. Here you can get rid of this issue by using a third party antivirus. The one that you are using might be not accurate or having corrupt virus definition.

This malware file commonly located in the given path so find this malicious file and delete it

This file is not actually a virus or some kind of serious infection. But some malware can infect the file causing this kind of problem. You can try out a few things to fix the issue. You can just scan your pc in safe mode and test back. Most of the time I think it will fix the problem but if this is not working then you have to format your pc and install windows back again. Because already you are not able to use it. Try to backup your data and then test back.
