open port 80 on my vista

I am using Vista & facing a small problem but can't solve it. The problem with me is that my system is telling me that the port 80 is closed on my computer. can anyone tel me how to open it...??

They need, around a Firewall rule with the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security. Go to Control Panel> Administrative Tools > Windows Firewall with Advanced Security. Then you on clicking you go on Inbound rules on the left side. Then you right-click on Inbound Region> New > Custom > then on minutes and haven select you " GRE" in type of minutes in drop down box.

If this is on a local address, for example, 192.168.x.x or 10.0.x.x then, you must activate the redirection of port on the router, port 80 to advance IP of the Web server.

Are you able to port 81 on your computer to open and to tell to see this as your HTTP port, then you can place the router to all movement of the outer section to receive port 80, and the power to initiate your computer's IP address on port 81. Once this is done, you will be port 80 on your intranet Web interface, and port 80 have re-directed traffic to port 81, so will your copmputer to see s-Web-page of the outside world (this work with the my routers not certainly speed touch).
