Forgot password trend micro internet security

Hi all,
I have Trend Micro Internet Security Pro. When i try to uninstall or exit it. I cannot even uninstall it from control panel. What to do? Can anyone help?

You should contact support or have a look at this link: http://www.passwordsdatabase.com/vendor/trendmicro Try to use any uninstaller programs. there are plenty of uninstaller softwares available on the internet. Or try following:

• Open Registry Editor from Start -> Run-> regedit ->Enter
• Then find the following key

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Trend Micro\PC-Cillin

• Rename or remove the System sub-key
• Then try to uninstall the program

Following are the steps to set a password in trend micro internet security:

• Click Start => Programs or All Programs => Trend Micro Internet Security => Trend Micro Internet Security.
• Double-click the Trend Micro Internet Security icon n the lower right corner of your screen.
• Click Other Settings on the left panel of the window and click Password on the right.
• Click Settings under that.
• Put a checkmark in the Activate password protection checkbox.
• Type your desired password and re-type it to confirm.
• Click OK
• Close the Trend Micro Internet Security main console.

You can reset the Trend Micro OfficeScan Uninstall Password to Default. Here is a trick to do that:

• Search for Ofcscan.ini file from search option in windows explorer
• Open the Ofcscan.ini file using Notepad for editing
• Search for the [INI_CLIENT_SECTION] section heading
• Locate the line starting with Uninstall_Pwd=. Comment the line (make it inactive by typing a # at the beginning of the line:

  #Uninstall_Pwd=….

• Insert a new line beneath the existing line as following:

  Uninstall_Pwd=70

• Save the Ofcscan.ini file
• Try to uninstall Trend Microsoft OfficeScan again.
