Windows 2003 alt+ctrl+del keys doesn't work

I had installed Windows 2003 on my system. The problem is that i'm not able to use alt+ctrl+del keys on my pc. Whenever i try to work on my pc and try to use alt+ctrl+del keys it doesn't seems to be working on my pc. Can any body tell me that why i'm unable to use alt+ctrl+del keys on my pc? What can i do in order to get rid of the above issue? Kindly provide me the correct solution to resolve the above issue.

For that you need to bring up the task manager on your desktop screen. For doing so just hold the ctrl and shift key. At the same time while holding them just try to hit the escape key. That will display the task manager on your screen.

Try to disable all Windows Update Features from your system. For that click on start menu and then select Run and then type gpedit.msc. Then select User Configuration, click on Administrative Templates and select Windows Components and in that select Windows Update. Then on the right pane, try to double click on Remove access to all Windows Update Features, which will disable Windows Update Features from your system.

Also check out whether your keyboard is working properly or not. Try to use that particular keyboard on a different system and check out whether you still face the same problem on your system.
