Computer infected by malware

I am here to beseech the good peoples of these boards for assistance. I am a decent enough fellow, kind and honest. I like to pet kittens and give children shiny nickels. I don't deserve the uberhijacking that has happened to my computer. Please help me before I go fetal and lose my mind.
