Windows explorer Folders does not Shows Content

I have list of folders in my C and D drive when i open Windows Explorer in XP and search for the folder content it does not shows anything as i move up and down to check the content we should be able to see the content on the left hand side readable pane but I am having seeming problem there, simply i does not able to see the content, if i wanted to see the content i need to click on each folder and then to view the content. Does anyone how to eliminate this problem, please help.

When you will navigate over the folder to see the content you need to select the folder in which you wanted to see the subfolders or file and it is mandatory and it does not show you all the folders as you go through the main folders, when you wanted to moves Down or Up arrow key to search the content select the folder and then hit ENTER on the folder to view the contents.

If you can't see the files, they must have been saved at some other location, or you forgot to save the changes.Is this a problem that occurs mainly when you try to create a new folder at the root level of the project? Anyway, if you have the Editor open and go to the File menu and go down next to the bottom, you'll find Recent files. There you will be able to see the whole path to the files, so maybe you can find the ones you are looking for.
