To get rid of the above problem, try to download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from the internet on your pc. then double click on the mbam-setup.exe, in order to install the application on your system.
    • Check out whether you have checkmark in the box, placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and then click on Finish.
    • If it founds any update, it will automatically install the new version on your system.
    • Once the program is been installed, just select "Perform Quick Scan" and then click on scan button.
    • When it completes the scanning, just click on Ok and then click on Show Result to view the results.
    • Try to make sure that everything is checked and teh click on the Remove Selected button.
    • When it completes the disinfection, it will open a log in the notepad format and you may ask to reboot your system.
    • It will save the log automatically on your system and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
