Kggi.exe window freezes with popups

hi
i am on windows xp but currently suffering due to some viruses IE keep popping windows and window freezes what i can do is restart ..some how task manager manages to show process there is 100% cpu uses also some unknown process going on i dont identify Kggi.exe. so please tell me what should i do ?

you have pointed right thing it is Cloaked Malware there must be more threat with it present use ca antivirus i have it on my pc it remove both viruses and malware so install it . this encrypted using a software packing process.
