Not able to create network on Mac or iPhone

I have a MacBook connected via a WiFi AolBox and my iPhone is connected to the AolBox. I wish I had a network between my Mac and my iPhone but still connected to the Internet even when my Mac is off.

Try to create a wifi network on your Mac, iPhone connects the above, Retry your manipulations and say if that always blocks. if so, you can continue to turn on the network of your box, the problem does not come from there.

I tried several times to establish an Ad Hoc network, but nothing happens, Remote iStat and refuse to work with my Mac. The problem lies perhaps not in my Box because I just tried and I realized that Remote working on my PC connected to the same network.
