Desktop 1525 Network Controller error

Hi,
I have Dell laptop. The model number is Inspiron 1525. The laptop is giving network controlling error. I had connected the laptop to a network for sharing a printer. But it was not able to connect. I think there is some kind of driver issue. How to fix this problem. Also I did not have the driver cd for the same. How to fix the network controller.
