WinPC Defender problems

WinPC Defender is not working on my PC. The problem is that the program apparently has disabled my internet mostly PC crashes or the program does not start . I can not use System Restore.

Can someone help me??

try for system restore check for update and dont use WinPC Defender also use antivirus for better protection .

here while my time it was just incompatibility between my antivirus firewall and WinPC Defender so just check that every thing is proper and no such cause present ..

safe mode some time do fine work so uninstall it and reinstall again in safe mode and check for it level of security may that cause it blocking application
