i have problem due to R6U9K2L4E6A4.EXE my antivirus detect it but unable to remove some window pop up is going on every time but i cant stop it . i have spybot but no help from it please tell me what to do ?

it is Rootkit malware in order to remove it you need latest updates for scanner it Added as a Registry auto start to load Program on Boot up and executed as a Process
R6U9K2L4E6A4.EXE can also use the following file names:

• SYSTEM32:VCRT80.EXE
• 575.EXE
• C1234[n].EXE
• X9R5W5S2Y2X.EXE
• C1234[n].JPG
• Q6L1W3S3X4B1.EXE
• VCRT80.EXE

i think you can delete it manually just locate its location by searching it in hidden folder then using bootable cd you can delete it
