Symantec AntiVirus Right-Click Scanning Error

Hi,
Till yesterday everyhting was working fine but now Norton which is working fine giving me the following eror again again after few security caught.

Before you can perform a right-click scan, the main Symantec AntiVirus windows service, RTVScan, must be running. To start this service, open Symantec AntiVirus and click File > Load Service.

But the load services option in file menu is grayed out. Please help.

Download MalwareBytes Anti-Malware .

REBOOT the computer and UPDATE mbam. Run a FULL scan and post back with the results for review.

Try by reinstalling the Norton Antivirus. It should be some virus issue, update your antvirus and run a full scan.

Uninstall the norton and use the MalwareBytes Anti-Malware , i'm using it with no problem till now.
