Norton Gaming Edition Antivirus

Has anyone tried this recently launched edition of Norton Antivirus? It sounds something different and therefore I am eager to try it.

As it is said on Norton's website,

Something strange about this. Either the current code is completely inefficient and needed a rewrite…or…this gaming edition will be a cut down version, thus not providing great protection.

BitDefender has had this mode for years, and in my experience is much more effective protection than Norton.

I installed the Trial Ware of Norton Gaming Edition and must say that I was so impressed with how well it ran that I purchased it. It ran way better that AVG which I had before. I was going to buy NOD32 and have used it before but the new Norton seams to be a little easier to figure out and use with awesome performance.
