ndis.sys BSOD error

Hi friends,

I am facing an issue with my PC whenever i try to restart my PC I am getting stuck at the loading screen. I also try to ran chkdsk/f, and rebooted again to do the check.

After chkdsk my PC got rebooted and I got a BSOD with ndis.sys in the description.I don't know how to fix this issue i try to find it over internet but it was of no use.Can anyone help me out with this issue.

Sure i will help you out with this try to remove the driver for your nic and install the one of the manufacturers site, then it should work fine.Most of the time it's get fixed hope it will fix your issue too.

I was also facing such kind of issue i try to Disable Onbaord NIC Card and put your PC in Network through another Network Card and my issue got fixed.
