Windows 7: Make Offline Files to be Synced at a Scheduled Time

I am having Windows 7 PC at my office. I have query about offline files of windows 7. Its a great feature in fact. I need to schedule it to be Synced at a scheduled time. It will be very useful for me if i can do that.

Could you guys help me out in this case ?

yeah ,, its really one of the useful feature of Windows 7. To schedule offline files to be synced at a scheduled time, go through this steps:-
  1. Open the Control Panel from the Start menu.

  2. Open Sync Center in the Control Panel.If Sync Center is not available, change View by to Large icons at the top right of the Control Panel.

  3. Select the Offline Files folder and then select Schedule.

  4. Check off the item(s) you want to sync on this schedule and then click Next.If you already have sync schedule(s) setup, select Create a new sync schedule.

  5. Select At a scheduled time.

  6. Choose when you want the schedule to start, at what time, at what frequency (minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months), and then click Next.If you only want this scheduled sync to happen once, uncheck Repeat every.

  7. Give this sync schedule a name and then click Save schedule.

If you need to delete an existing Sync schedule, than follow this steps:-
  1. Open the Control Panel from the Start menu.

  2. Open Sync Center in the Control Panel.

  3. Select the Offline Files folder and then click Schedule.

  4. Select Delete an existing sync schedule.

  5. Select the sync schedule you want to delete and then click Delete.

  6. Click OK.
