yeah ,, its really one of the useful feature of Windows 7. To schedule offline files to be synced at a scheduled time, go through this steps:- - Open the Control Panel from the Start menu.
- Open Sync Center in the Control Panel.If Sync Center is not available, change View by to Large icons at the top right of the Control Panel.
- Select the Offline Files folder and then select Schedule.
- Check off the item(s) you want to sync on this schedule and then click Next.If you already have sync schedule(s) setup, select Create a new sync schedule.
- Select At a scheduled time.
- Choose when you want the schedule to start, at what time, at what frequency (minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months), and then click Next.If you only want this scheduled sync to happen once, uncheck Repeat every.
- Give this sync schedule a name and then click Save schedule.
