Error Message :RtlGina2.dll failed to load

Hello friends,

I have recently install Netgear WG111v2 wireless network Card.Before installing the Netgear WG111v2 adapter, Welcome Screen would showing me each individual user, but now it is not showing me.I don't know whats wrong with my PC.When i am trying to enable Welcome Screen and Fast User Switching i am getting the following error message as follows.

• Error Message :RtlGina2.dll failed to load

Can anyone help me out with this issue.

I was also facing similar type of issue i try to install the latest drivers from the site and it worked for me.Hope it will work for you too.
