Problem with TrojanGeneric

I did a scan with a-squared Free and find a trojanGeneric on the c: \ windows \ system32 \ vttimer.exe \ plugin.dat but it will not erase it and I don't know how to remove ?

Please provide me information

Download and install Malawarebytes'Anti-Malware.

• Put the update launches then double clicking on it.
• Select "Run a full review" by clicking above.
• Click on Search
• Wait until the end of the scan ... .. a window will open, then click OK
• If nothing's MalwareByte detected, click Ok A report will appear on-farm.
• If MalwareByte's infection was detected, click on show results and then click Remove Selection.
• Saves the report on your desk to find it more easily.
• Item then this report.
