Dial up connection window automatically pops up

Hello friends,
I have very weird problem. While working on my computer, i get dial up connection pop up window after few minutes. I can't continue my work until i click cancel. This happens as often as every few moments, then goes away for a bit, then comes back. Can anyone help me with this?

You must have installed a program that wants to keep your machine connected. Many users are constantly connected with highspeed, therefore they do not notice this type of thing. There are also many games, and freeware that will install spywares, and advertising software's that will do this problem as well. You should get utilities like Anti-adware and Anti-malware.

To prevent this automatic dialup box, turn off the Remote Access Auto Connection Manager Service. This Service creates a connection to a remote network whenever a program references a remote DNS or NetBIOS name or address. To disable this service, try these steps:

• Right click My Computer icon
• Select Manage/Services and Applications/Services
• In the right pane, select Remote Access Auto Connection Manager
• Double click on it
• Use the Startup type drop box and choose Disabled

One way to turn off the feature of autodialing by following way:

• Open Internet Explorer
• Click on the Tools menu
• Go to Internet Options
• Then click Connections Tab
• Check mark on "Never Dial A Connection"
• Click Apply and OK

Whenever you want to connect the internet, you will have to
manually open the dialler to make the modem dial the connection.
