How is Email Spy Monitor application ?

I have recently downloaded an application called E-mail Spy Monitor in order to monitor the e-mails and protect it from hackers. Well, I havn't still installed this application.....just wanted to confirm its reliablity..... Is it fool-proof ?

Is there any other option other than this ?
