Small linux server?

I would like to mount a small Linux server ubuntu, especially for a small website and ftp

What parts do you recommend?

What would be the "systems will require" for the server works well.

P200, 64 megs of ram. 60 gigs of disk.

WEB server, SFTP, DNS, Mail Relay, SSH, DHCP ... It's this whole affair.

The requirements for it's GUI and the cost and the number of users ... . you'll save any server OS (windows a part of course) and if there's no load your server will sleeping gas.

well my web server is currently at my windows 2000 on a Celeron 1200 with 512 meg of ram and a 80 gig SD but I want to say that past to something more reliable and safer, and actually, not knowing linux I too, would need a graphical interface for the load and the number of users, for the moment not much really .

Well if you already know I will tell windows to move to Windows 2003 server is more reliable and secure (vista is based on Win2003!)

Otherwise if you get to know linux is Debian.
