Internet cuts out when I connect my webcam

Hi Everyone,
As soon as I put my webcam on msn often my internet connection cuts out and it is impossible to reconnect. I have to restart my pc (I'm plugged in wifi) and I noticed that in the log windows that when my internet connection is cut there is a marked explorer that has forced an election on network \ Device \ NetBT_Tcpip_ (997BFAE1-383E-484F-BB4C-79B2B37776D5) because a master browser was stopped. Please help me solve this problem please because it is really annoying. Thank you

1. Verify your internet connection. If it is possible change your DNS IP Address.

2. Try Updating your messenger

Well this could be for a number of reasons. Sometimes msn cannot fully support your webcam so it doenst load correctly, it could be that msn is simply unable to connect you for a number of various reasons which could or could not be your fault. If you are using a wireless lan connection and you move out of range webcam will also shut off.

this might be a connection issue with your internet or your contact's internet, but we can't be sure unless we get the status log (Command-S from the main window). Open the status log, start a webcam, clear the status window before the webcam disconnects, once it disconnects, copy/paste the log here.
