Avg detects "shell32.dll" and "kernel32.dll"

Good evening,

Here is my problem, every analysis with AVG Free Edition 7.5.0.545, I list "kernel32.dll and shell32.dll" as changed. This problem is recurring.
Then, when I try to do an update of the program, this one I see this window

I also have AVG-Antispyware and Ad-Aware SE who fail to update.
Windows Explorer crashes when I go to some files and I see when I open more than one program in addition to Mozilla my pc (laptop) is slowing sharply and sometimes plant ...

Can you help me?
Thank you in advance.

Hello everyone,

- This file shell32.dll is a false positive, Do not remove otherwise you'll not able to to start the operating system.

- Have you tried Safe mode?

Open the Control Center, select the Update Manager then click Settings. Make certain that the Dial-up setting match your setup. If you also are using a proxy server with NetZero (not likely) go to the Proxy tab and enter the info there for the proxy. Restart the computer just to make sure the settings have taken and test again.

It is normal that AVG shows that files, the MBR or Boot record to have changed. These are done during normal maintainance, when you or windows updates files or have had to correct errors on the drive. The only time that you should worry is if they also show as infected.

To get AVG to quit showing them as changed, open the AVG Test Center, click the F3 key on your keyboard and tell it to accept the changes. If it still shows something as changed after this.. delete the file named AVG7QT.DAT in C:\ and AVG will rebuild it the next time it is run
