Modem detected but no connection

Hello,

After having "clean" my laptop with RegCure and Malwarebytes, I think I delete data, and now I can not connect to internet.

Windows (XP) detects the modem and logs in, but impossible to establish an internet connection.

The Assistant of my ISP could not help, the error from the system and not the modem or the line.


Please help.

Hello,

you have a problem with drivers for your network card, try uninstalling your network card and install them again with their respective drivers.

Sounds like a bad connection. Check your wiring. Try lowering the modem speed some and see if it helps.
