Adding wireless printer Epson Stylus DX9400F

Hi,

I have a wireless Epson Stylus DX9400F printer. It is set up to my PC and it works fine. Now I would like to have connected it to my friends PC and I can not find out. How do I make it? I have given it a name and tried to find it on my friends PC, but without success. We use wireless networks, but failed to make me a local network. Is it before it can be hooked on?

Most fundamentally, you must have a network up so that two PCs can see each other - otherwise you can not see a printer that is connected on one device.

But running in the same router, the network is already up - then you should primarily ensure that the machines are in same domain / workgroup, the user is logged on with, is using the same username and password on both machines, and that is not a firewall to block "file and printer sharing" (which of course must be turned on in server)

That is, when I change the wireless router should I create a new printer setup? Or you can simply correct the old one for? Is there an easy guide to setup of the domain / workgroup? I've tried before without success.

When you change the router, the wireless configuration is changed (eg. New encryption key). Therefore, the setup of the printer changed, as it must, on PCs.

I think there are plenty of guides to set up a working group, but I've never used any, and therefore can not refer to anyone.
