If you have forgotten or lost your username and password, please click here to access our lost license page. If you are looking for just your username in the program settings, please see the information below.

Following the purchase of ESET NOD32 Antivirus, registered users receive an email containing a username and password. This username and password must be entered into the program to allow virus signature updates to be properly downloaded to your computer. In addition, to offer you the most timely response possible, this username will be required when requesting assistance from our Customer Care Department.


To locate your username in ESET NOD32 v2.7, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the NOD32 Control Center by clicking the icon in the Windows notification area or by clicking Start → All Programs → Eset → NOD32 Control Center.
   
   
2. Click Update → Update and then click Setup in the Update window to the right of the NOD32 Control Center.
   
   
3. The Setup of Automatic Update window will appear. In the User name: field, highlight the username with your mouse.
   
   
4. To copy the username into your clipboard, right-click and select Copy, or press CTRL + C (the CTRL and C keys together at the same time).
   
   
5. Click Cancel to return to the NOD32 Control Center. Your username can now be pasted (CTRL + V) into a Customer Care Support Request Form.
