Continuous restart explorer.exe

I just continue to restart the explorer.exe after i deleted single file which is later interrupted with an error that I don't remember now.

Immediately after the system tries to get the file 7.tmp (found in the folder winnt/system32) but does not find a suitable program, so I cancel.

after a couple of minutes it happens again, the mcafee deleted some viruses and Trojans, but continues to happen.

should I touch for the system format?

You might try posting a HijackThis log in this thread demonstrates. I suppose you have to Update your system.

The same thing has happens with me one day where PC has started to stop giving the error explorer.exe with various blue screens and reported to different files.

I formatted the pc at least 10 times continues to happen, I'm thinking that there is some worm nestled in memory.

This problem has occurred with my laptop, I also tried reinstalling the software's original parent company, the first reboot I came Explorer.exe error with a code that refers to a temporary file in the prefetch folder type with a code number that 324294824.PF.
