Werfault.exe and Wermgr.exe ?

I have problems with that Werfault.exe and Wermgr.exe using the 100% CPU and makes the machine very slow. I have tried to disable problem reporting, but it still sneak in the background and occasionally steals all the power. This will be accomplished in a few hours before it is reset again.

I have windows Vista OS.

Suspect that this might be a trojan or the like, without so far to have been confirmed this. Have run scan with McAfee and spybot with no luck, while AdAware hangs ..

Any suggestions?

WerFault.exe is a part of Windows Error Reporting technology (WER). WER captures software crash and hang data from end-users who agree to report it.
