Hello, Over the past week, I like a virus "Trojan or spyware called" Virtumonde.sci "in my system. This is the "Spy bot" that said. I do not know how to eliminate it? On my computer I have installed: "Norton Anti Virus, Norton Anti-Spam, Spy Bot, Spyware doctor and CCcleaner. What should I do to eliminate it? I do not know what such a "problem" may result in my computer ... Thank you in advance for your help!

Download HijackThis: HijackThis - How to use HijackThis? What it dose?
- Start program, and then selects <do a system scan and save a logfile>
- Saves the report on your desk.
And sends, by copy / paste your HijackThis log on the forum.

Important Disable your antivirus and antispyware scan before:
- Double click on the icon ToolBar S & D on the desktop
- At the main menu ToolBar S & D chose Option 2 (Delete)
- The start menu and icons will disappear again .. this is normal.
- The cleaning will take a few minutes ...
- Once completed, the cleanup begins

Please do an online scan with Kaspersky WebScanner

Kaspersky online scanner uses JAVA tecnology to perform the scan. If you do not have Java then you will need to go to the following link and download the latest version (it's the fifith one down the list :

Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 7

Instructions for Kaspersky scan:

• Read through the requirements and privacy statement and click on Accept button.
• It will start downloading and installing the scanner and virus definitions. You will be prompted to install an application from Kaspersky. Click Run.
• When the downloads have finished, click on Settings.
• Make sure the following is checked.

Spyware, Adware, Dialers, and other potentially dangerous programs
Archives
Mail databases

• Click on My Computer under Scan.
• Once the scan is complete, it will display the results. Click on View Scan Report.
• You will see a list of infected items there. Click on Save Report As....
• Save this report to a convenient place. Change the Files of type to Text file (.txt) before clicking on the Save button.
