Connect AD from remotely

In main office I have one 2000 Server as active directory.Now we are going to connect another office through leased line and 1841 router.Can anybody tell me how to connect the users(XP) in the branch office to the main office active directory.

We dont have VPN.We are going to plan point to point leased line.My objective is that that the branch office users will be authenicated from Main oddice domain controller.Please advice what to do ..

But we have a different subnet in main office and branch office .In main office it is 192.168.0.0/24.In branch office it will be 192.168.0.3/24.These will routed by cisco router.Our domain controller is in 192.168.0.0/24 network.So is it possible to connect the DC from 192.168.0.3 network.Please advice.
